Cesar Manrique was one of the most famous and desired persons on Lanzarote. He was an architect and artist, and he created many beautiful locations on the island.

Cesar Manrique created the most beautiful and extraordinary buildings. His idea was to combine nature with architecture, and he did a good job doing so. Many of his creations are now really famous tourist attractions, such as Jameos del Agua, Mirador del Rio, and Jardin de Cactus. Unfortunately, Cesar Manrique died in 1992 due to a tragic car accident at 50 meters from his home. If you want to visit more of his creations, you can buy combination tickets to save some money.

Prices


Prices differ slightly between the different locations, from 5 to 10 euros. There are combination tickets with which you can visit, for example, 3 or 4 centers. 3 Centers for 23,50 euros and 4 centers for 29 euros.

Accessibility


All locations are easily accessible by car. If you are traveling by public transport, there are a few that you can easily visit, such as Jameos del Agua and Jardin de Cactus. However, Mirador del Rio is more difficult to reach with public transport. We recommend you rent a car to visit more of the creations of Cesar Manrique.

Opening Hours


The opening hours also differ a little bit between the different locations. Still, almost all are at least open between 10 in the morning and 16 in the afternoon.
